What a True Fan can say about True Detective season two

After four episodes and a bunch of low expectations, finally I can confidently say to you: watch it! After a brilliant first season, full of nihilist philosophy and with a magistral three temporal lines script, interpreted by the visceral Matthew Mcconaughey and the exceptional Woody Harrelson, the second season of Nic Pizzolatto´s heady crime drama premiered four weeks ago with a confusing episode when the characters they were not related yet. The second episode came and the characters appeared to be lost - and so the spectator. Then, the episode three lack of action gave me almost the certainty that second season was simply below what I was expected. All the philosophy and the hidden meanings and references about Nietzsche and Robert W. Chambers (author of The King in Yellow) seemed forgotten in order to introduce new characters and demonstrate that was a completely different history. But, I´m not a quitter and the series was doing good anyway. So, I watched the fourth episode and the hell freezes over. With a magnificent interpretation of the main actors (Colin Farrell, Taylor Kitsch and Rachel McAdams), many profound dialogues and real cold blood action True Detective get back on track. Alright, alright, is not the same history or cast, but that sparkle that True Detective have the power to wake inside us, that sense of commitment, duty and self-confidence combined with dramatic histories, issues and pessimistic philosophy that makes the spectator watch the trajectory of the detectives more than the case itself. I can say now that I'm expecting a lot from season two, I´m not disappointed or anything like that. The premiered HBO's series is back with very complex case, true action, true drama and true detectives.
